Bolesławiec
Bolesławiec is a district town with over 750 years of history, considered one of the most beautiful in Lower Silesia. The city with approximately 40,000 inhabitants is located near the border crossings with Germany and the Czech Republic, at the intersection of important communication routes: the pan-European transport corridor No. III leading from Dresden through Wrocław, Katowice, Kraków to Kiev and the road from Świnoujście to Jakuszyce.
Kłodzko
Kłodzko is located in the south of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the north-eastern part of the Kłodzko Valley, approx. 100 km from Wrocław and approx. 50 km from the Polish-Czech border. This city of 27,000 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Bardzkie Mountains on the Nysa Kłodzka River, is the seat of one of the largest counties in Poland. A national road and railway lines run through here from Wrocław towards Międzylesie, Kudowa, Stronie and Wałbrzych.
Jaromer
The town of Jaroměř is located in the Hradec Kralove Region, 120 km from Prague. Located at the confluence of three rivers – the Elbe, Úpa and Metua, it is an important road and railway junction. Described as the “city of parks and gardens”, it is one of the oldest Czech cities. In the place of the historical center, Prince Jaromír of the Přemyslid family founded a fortified town at the beginning of the 11th century. In the Middle Ages, the city was protected by powerful city walls, but it was destroyed during the Hussite Wars.

The Ceramics Museum in Bolesławiec is a local government cultural institution with legal personality, organized by the Bolesławiec Municipality. General supervision over the museum is exercised by the minister responsible for culture and protection of national heritage, and directly by the Mayor of Bolesławiec
Regional Museum in Kłodzko
The Kłodzko Land Museum has been operating since 1963. Currently, it is located in the baroque building of the former Jesuit boarding school. On the ground floor,
in the former refectory of the boarding school with original stucco decorations on the ceiling, there is a museum library with a rich collection of regional publications. On the first and second floors there are spacious exhibition halls, a baroque living room called the “Golden” and
a concert hall (in the former chapel of St. Aloysius Gonzaga, patron of the boarding school).
Municipal Museum in Jaromer
In the years 1910-1911, a unique department store of the A. Wenke i Syn company was built in Jaroměř, the so-called Wenke’s house, which today is the seat of the Jaroměř Municipal Museum. Albert Wenke’s company was founded in 1882 and initially produced very specific and original goods made of shells and decorative packaging. Over time, it expanded its activities to include the sale of haberdashery.

Regional Museum in Kłodzko
Muzeum Ziemi Kłodzkiej działa od 1963 r. Obecnie mieści się w barokowym gmachu dawnego konwiktu jezuickiego. Na parterze, w dawnym refektarzu konwiktu z oryginalną dekoracją sztukatorską na stropie, ulokowano bibliotekę muzealną z bogatymi zbiorami regionalnych wydawnictw. Na pierwszym i drugim piętrze znajdują się obszerne sale wystawiennicze, barokowy salon zwany „Złotym” i sala koncertowa (w dawnej kaplicy pw. św. Alojzego Gonzagi, patrona konwiktu).

W latach 1910-1911 wybudowano w Jaroměřu unikalny jak na owe czasy dom handlowy firmy A. Wenke i Syn, tzw. dom Wenkego, który dziś jest siedzibą Muzeum Miejskiego w Jaroměřu. Firma Alberta Wenkego została założona w 1882 roku i początkowo zajmowała się produkcją bardzo specyficznych i oryginalnych towarów z muszelek oraz ozdobnych opakowań. Z czasem poszerzyła działalność o sprzedaż galanterii.
